21 Year old solo Atlantic rower Jasmine Harrison is heading for the record books
Jasmine Harrison is now in her 2nd week of her solo row across the Atlantic Ocean in her bid to be the youngest female solo rower to complete the epic 3,000 mile journey.
Jasmine, from Thirsk, North Yorkshire, led the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2020 fleet out of La Gomera, Canaries on Saturday 12th December and has already rowed over 300 nautical miles towards Antigua. She hopes to arrive in February.
She is rowing her 21 foot ocean rowing boat, Argo, under team name Rudderly Mad. When not rowing she needs to try and eat up to 4500kcalories a day, complete boat maintenance, communications, navigation planning and sleep….
